Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes — all formulas are vegan; no animal testing; aligned with Leaping Bunny principles.
What does "10-free" nail polish mean?
Our polishes are free from 10 controversial ingredients: formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, toluene, DBP, camphor, TPO, xylene, ethyl tosylamide, parabens, and animal-derived ingredients.
Does your UV nail polish line contain HEMA?
No. Our UV line is formulated HEMA-free — gentler for sensitive skin and less prone to allergic reactions.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Unopened products last 24 months; after opening, 12 months for lip products and 18 months for nail polishes.
Where are your products made?
All Just, a little products are formulated and manufactured in Turkey, in small controlled batches. Every batch is checked by hand.
Orders and shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping options and times for your country appear at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
USA: 3–7 business days. EU: 5–10 business days. GCC: 7–14 business days. Other regions vary.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also track it from the "Orders" tab in your account.
What's the free-shipping threshold?
Shipping is free with 2 or more items. Orders over $50 also qualify for free shipping.
My package arrived damaged or incomplete — what do I do?
Email info@justalittle.net with photos; we'll resolve it within 48 hours.
Payment and pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Secure checkout is powered by Stripe — we never see your card details.
What currency are prices in?
Base pricing is USD. The site can also display TRY, EUR, and RUB — switch from the language menu at the top right. Your bank may show a slightly different amount due to exchange rates.
How do I use a coupon code?
Enter it in the coupon field on the cart or checkout page. One coupon per order.
Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is covered by us.
I don't like the shade — can I exchange it?
Yes, provided the product is unopened. Email info@justalittle.net and we'll guide you.
A product arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email info@justalittle.net with photos; we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund.
