How to apply
- Push back cuticles and buff lightly.
- Apply one thin base coat.
- Paint two thin coats of Intense Merlot, drying 60 seconds between.
- Seal with a glossy top coat.
- Wait 2 minutes for full air-dry.
- Remove with regular acetone remover.
